Throughout my life, I have always loved to cook, from making pies or Sunday roasts with my parents to cooking in some of the best restaurants in the UK, it has always been my career, passion, and hobby.
I enrolled on a course run by the academy of culinary arts at the age of 16, where I earned my qualifications, diplomas and a job placement in a private members club in Chelsea. After completing college I spent the best part of 7 years working in top restaurants around the UK, including one and two Michelin starred establishments.
Having gained extensive experience in fine dining, I decided that I would like to start cooking my own food and my career moved to the more intimate settings of private chalets in Switzerland and a luxury river barge on the French canals and rivers. With Covid bringing me back to the UK, I returned to Bohemia restaurant in Jersey as the sous chef, which consistently retained 1 Michelin star.
After starting a family and having worked in a couple of locally run businesses in Jersey, I have now decided to return to cooking for people and their guests in the setting of their own homes, helping to create the perfect meal.
